Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we currently ship to most regions worldwide.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouses depending on stock availability, primarily located in the United States and internationally.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, changes/cancellations cannot be guaranteed. However, once your order arrives, you may request a return under our 15-day return policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, and orders ship the following business day. Please allow extra time during holidays or peak sale seasons.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Standard USA shipping: 3–7 business days
  • International shipping: 2–4 weeks (depending on location and customs)

What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, please contact us at support@cheemsandco.com and you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?

Prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. Depending on your country, you may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility.

How do I return an item?

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To start a return, please email us at support@cheemsandco.com with your order number. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

Please contact us immediately at support@cheemsandco.com with your order number and clear photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item(s). We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
